Cargille Immersion oil Type A is a standard immersion oil for general use in normal light microscopy. This immersion oil has a low viscosity making it easy to use in educational settings.

  • Refractive Index at 23ºC:  
    • F Line (486.1 nm) - 1.5239
    • e Line (546.1 nm) - 1.5180
    • D Line (589.3 nm) - 1.5150
    • C Line (656.3 nm) - 1.5114
  • Viscosity: 150 cSt +/- 10% @ 23ºC (Low)
  • Certifications: ISO 8036-1
  • Size: 1/4fl. oz, 1fl. oz, 4fl. oz., of 16fl.oz. The 1fl. oz bottles feature a dropper for easy application.
