Motic D-971-003 replacement calibration slide is a stage micrometer with 4 dots: 1.5mm, 0.75mm, 0.15mm, 0.07mm (1500mm, 750mm, 150mm, 70mm). For use with the Motic images software for calibration.
Calibration (NIST certified) is available. Please select when ordering. Dots can be calibrated X and Y dimensions. Please note which dots you would like calibrated at checkout or call to place your order. Note that the NIST certification process will take approximately 4 weeks.
